Changing Your Email Address
If you need to update the email address linked to your account, please submit a support ticket.
Where possible, contact Support using your current registered email address, as this helps verify your identity more quickly.
When submitting your request, include:
• Your current registered email address
• The new email address you'd like to use
• The reason for the change
• Whether you still have access to your current email address
You can also include proof of purchase, such as:
• Receipt ID
• Order confirmation
• Bank transaction reference
Important:
Proof of purchase is not mandatory, but it can help the Support team process your request more efficiently.
If you are using a free account and do not have proof of purchase, please mention this clearly in your ticket.
Changing Your Account Name
If you'd like to update the name on your account, please submit a support ticket with the following details:
• Your current account name
• The new name you'd like to use
• A valid photo ID for verification
• Your purchase receipt ID where available
Accepted photo ID examples include:
• Passport
• Driving license
Important:
Account names can only be updated for corrections, legal name changes, or personal preferences.
Accounts and training purchases cannot be transferred to another individual.
Changing the Name on Your Certificate
If you'd like to update the name displayed on your certificate, submit a support ticket and include the reason for the change.
Certificate names can typically be updated for:
• Typo corrections
• Formatting corrections
• Personal name preferences
Important:
Certificate name updates cannot be used to transfer certifications to another individual.

• Existing purchases and training access are not affected by email address changes
