Once we receive your email, we will review your request and make the necessary changes to your account. Please note that country changes are subject to approval and must comply with our terms and conditions.

2: Player Badges/Titles
- Badges: Showcase up to three achievements on your profile, including badges earned through challenges and titles obtained as you progress through the platform.

Titles: You can highlight up to two titles at once. In the image below, our defender was able to attain a Content Engineer and BTL1 Certified to their name.
3: Global Stats
- Global Position: Overall rank among all platform players around the world
- Country Position: Rank among your own country's regional players.

Points: Track completed Investigations, Challenges, and earned points contributing to your placement on the Global Leaderboard.
Note: Each Investigation and Challenge (outside of retired content) awards players with points.
4: Recent Badges
- This table showcases your latest achievements, providing a quick snapshot of your recent progress
- For instance, the Ghost Hunter 2023 Badge reflects participation in our exclusive events like the Halloween-themed challenges shown below.
5: Progress
- Dive into detailed statistics on completed investigations across multiple domains, providing a thorough understanding of your areas of strengths and interests.
