This article explains accepted payment methods, how to manage or cancel your BTLO subscription, redeem voucher codes, and important refund policy information for PRO memberships.
Payment Methods
BTLO accepts debit and credit card payments through Stripe.
Important:
• PayPal is not currently supported
• Cryptocurrency and alternative payment methods are not accepted for individual purchases
For corporate orders, payment options may include:
• Bank transfer
• Card payment

Cancel Subscription Steps:
Simply follow these steps to unsubscribe in no time::
- Log in to your BTLO account
- Once you're logged in, click on your 'Account Settings' (top right corner of the page)
- In your profile, locate the 'Manage Subscription' page
- On this page you'll see an option to cancel your subscription. Click on the 'Cancel' button
- Confirm your cancellation and you're all set!
- You won't be charged again, and your PRO will expire when any remaining days are used
Refund Policy
BTLO PRO memberships are non-refundable. We strongly recommend cancelling in advance if you don't wish to continue, as it's the subscriber's responsibility to manage cancellation ahead of the renewal date to avoid unwanted charges.

Redeeming Codes
To redeem a BTLO voucher you received via email after making a purchase, go to the "Redeem Code" section of your 'profile settings' and enter the voucher code.
If you encounter any difficulties, please submit a support ticket and include the receipt ID of the BTLO subscription you have purchased. This ID is sent to you via email.
Important:
BTLO voucher codes do not renew automatically. Access expires once the voucher duration reaches its end date.
