Joining the Discord Server

Our Discord community is a place where customers can connect with other defenders, discuss training, share achievements, and participate in the wider community.

How to join the Server:

1. Click the invite link to join here

2. Once you have joined, please read the #read-me channel. It contains the server rules and is actively monitored by staff, so it's important to familiarise yourself before joining any conversations
3. Head to the Channels & Roles section and select the parts of the server you'd like access to (for example, training and certification channels). You can return to this section at any time to update your preferences

Feel free to introduce yourself in the #general channel and meet your fellow students. We look forward to seeing you in our Discord server!
 

Requesting a Certified Discord Role

If you've earned one of our certifications and are part of the Discord community, you can request a certified Discord role to showcase your achievement within the server.

To request a certified role, submit a support ticket and include:

• Your Discord username

• Your full name

• Your certification ID

Once verified, the Support team will assign the appropriate certified role to your Discord profile.

Important:
You must already be a member of the Discord server before a certified role can be assigned.

Discord Support Availability

Discord is primarily intended for community discussions, collaboration, and general guidance.

While moderators and team members may occasionally assist with general questions, our fellow community members should continue using the Support portal for:
• Account issues
• Billing requests
• Certification issues
• Technical support requests

Office Hours – UK Time (GMT/BST)

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Messages posted outside these hours are still welcome

• The team will reply when back online on the next working day
