Slow Lab Loading Speed
Certification training labs typically load within 10 minutes on average. Loading times may vary depending on factors such as:
• Lab virtual machine size
• Current platform demand
• Your geographic location and connection quality
Some frequently used labs are pre-loaded and may start within seconds, while others may take longer to initialize.
Important:
• Slow loading does not usually indicate a platform issue
• Please allow the lab enough time to fully initialize before attempting to relaunch it
• Closing or repeatedly restarting the lab during initialization may increase loading delays
Error: You Have Exceeded the Limit of Active Lab Time
What This Means
This message appears when multiple labs are launched at the same time. Only one active lab session can run at a time.
Possible Causes
• A new lab was started while another lab session was still active
• A lab was launched while the previous session was shutting down
• The launch button was clicked multiple times in quick succession
How to Fix It
• Wait for the active lab session to fully shut down before launching another lab
• Allow at least one minute for the system to reset before trying again
• Refresh the page or log out and back in if the issue continues
Important:
• This issue does not reduce your total available lab time
• Your remaining lab time will continue normally once the lab is relaunched successfully
Lab Login Credentials
The credentials required to access Windows-based training labs are displayed directly within the lab client.
In most cases:
• Username: BTLO
• Password: No password required
If these credentials do not work, refer to the lab client for the correct username and password assigned to that environment.
Some lab environments may use:
• Password: BTLOTest
Important:
• Credentials may vary between labs and environments
• Use the credentials exactly as displayed in the lab client
• Copying additional spaces may cause login failures
